VIÑADEMOYA ROBLE

Vines are located in an area called Viñademoya, close to the winery and they are owned by the familly. Vines are planted on vase and they are over 100 years old. This estate probably has the biggest area of prephylloxera vines in El Bierzo.
After a thorough monitoring of the grape, we start the harvest by hand, trying to reduce the time between the harvest and the arrival of the grapes at the winery.

Tasting Notes

On the nose the wine has fruity notes, with ripe touches, blackberry jam and black plum with liquorice hints. Incredible structure and fruit density, liquorice and some black chocolate, well-balanced and tasty.
